I'm always interested in folks who see the problem in the mass production of little people-cogs through public education. I watched a TED clip of Ken Robinson and looked up his books, then got this at the library to read, thinking perhaps that since he saw the problem he would have something interesting to offer. Nyet. This book is very similar to "What Color is Your Parachute?", "Do what you love and the money will follow", "You are your bloodtype" (just kidding on that last one), and has nothing really new or interesting in it. Many stories of popular rock stars or pop musicians who rose to the top despite not doing well in public school are provided (Mick Fleetwood, Paul McCartney, Bob Dylan, etc.).
